1821 was the year that Greece decided to start a revolution to gain her independence from Turkey who occupied Greece for 400 years. We designed a simple design that captures the whole equation. Taking 1821, and the initials ZHTO, and added them together with a 'plus' sign. The sum, 2021. 

The design symbolizing 1821, the year the revolution started, ZHTO battle cry that means to live, the plus sign which looks like a cross, and the sum 2021. When you add all those elements together you get 2021. 

This date March 25, 1821 has a dual meaning. First reason is it's independence day symbolism and is also the date of the Annunciation, commemorating the Angel Gabriel came to announce to the Virgin Mary that she will bear a child named Jesus.
